Designing the perfect smile through the global Cerec system, which represents one of the latest advancements in modern dentistry techniques in the field of ceramic dental fillings, without any harms or side effects. The use of this device has greatly reduced the time and effort for both the dentist and the patient while maintaining the highest levels of precision and excellence.Recently, the installation of permanent teeth has become widespread around the world among all people, not only limited to those who have problems with their teeth or have lost some of them. It has become a modern trend among artists, where they replace their natural teeth with new, bright white ones that provide a distinctive smile. Celebrities and artists now flaunt their new smile types. To install permanent teeth, initially, several X-ray pictures of the teeth are taken to determine the bone density that will receive the implant, and a titanium screw is implanted in place of the decayed tooth after its removal. The process of installing permanent teeth goes through two main stages:
- The first stage: involves implanting the previously prepared implant into the bone and leaving it for 4 to 6 months, to allow the jawbone to form bone around the implant.
- The second stage: involves applying the ready artificial tooth on top of the implant implanted in the first stage. There are several methods for dental implants, including installing a fixed bridge, a removable partial denture, and a complete removable set.
- Installing fixed bridges: This method is used in case one or more teeth are lost or extracted. In this case, the dentist prepares the natural teeth to receive the fixed bridge, which is secured with medical materials to the jaw and can contain metal or not; there are several types of bridges. The teeth that support the bridge must be strong and healthy for the bridge to last a long time.
- Installing a removable partial denture: This part is made of acrylic material and contains artificial teeth. The dentist takes measurements of the teeth, and then it is sent to the lab for preparation. It is characterized by being stable and helps in chewing. There are rubber partials and cobalt chrome partials.
- Complete sets: These sets are used for both the upper and lower jaws to protect them from wear over time and can be used by anyone who needs them to keep their teeth healthy for longer.
